How do I check my order status?
You can also check it from the shipment details email we send you when the items you ordered have been shipped.

Do I need to create an account to place an online order?
No, you can place an order directly without creating an account. However, an account has various advantages such as faster checkout process for future purchases and clear record of pending or completed orders.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
You can only cancel/change your order up to ONE HOUR after the order is placed. Once we have shipped your package, you may simply return the items you unwanted by following our Return Instructions.
I received a damaged or defective item?

What size should a puzzle board be?
It depends on your (completed) puzzle size. Please make sure the work surface meets your puzzle dimensions. Whatever your needs are, YISHAN can provide you with the right puzzle board. Visit our store now.
How to store an in-progress puzzle?
You can keep your in-progress puzzle safe by building it on one of YISHAN puzzle boards. It has four magnetic drawers that help with sorting and storing pieces and it also has a cover (if you ordered a puzzle board with a cover) that can be pulled over your unfinished puzzle to keep it safe. You can then leave the puzzle board on a table or store it safely in the closet, under the couch, or in another convenient place. Your puppies and kitties would no longer destroy it.
