YISHAN promises a free shipping policy for all products sold on 1234puzzle.com so that consumers don't have to worry about paying high shipping costs.

Shipping Method

  1. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (US)

For orders submitted against on-hand inventory (i.e. inventory that is received and stowed in a fulfillment center), we provide free standard-speed shipping, which will be shipped within 1 business day. After your product ships, it will arrive within 3-7 business days.

 

  1. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We will happily ship directly to you from the US or China. When stock is low, we will ship from China in time. Normally, we still give priority to domestic shipping to ensure you can enjoy our products more quickly. Subscribe to obtain the latest news once we send stock to the local warehouse.

 

Import Duty and Tax:

All our product prices currently include tariff . You no longer have to pay customs duties.

 

Scope of Delivery:

YISHAN currently supports shipping within the United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, and military and air bases)

Order Cutoff Times:

The order cutoff time is 6:00 p.m. (except for legal holidays) local time.Your order will be shipped on the same day the order is received, as long as you places the order before your cutoff time. Otherwise, delivery will be promised on the next business day.  The weekend orders will be postponed to next Monday.

Ship Time:

  • After placing your order successfully, you will receive a confirmation email. If you have any requirements for the order, please let us know as soon as possible before your product enters the processing stage (less than 24 hours).
  • Most orders can be processed and shipped within 1 business day. Please note that a small number of orders may take longer (3-7 business days) depending on stock and workmanship.
  • We promise that all products are in good condition before leaving the warehouse.
  • For pre-sale products, we will have clearly marked information on the product page and announce the specific information according to the specific situation.
  • We cannot guarantee delivery time under special circumstances, such as natural disasters, government actions, social anomalies, etc. If there are special circumstances, we will inform you on the homepage of the store.

Delivery Time:

  • We will send an email to your order email address shortly after the order is shipped, which will provide the package quantity, logistics carrier, and logistics tracking number of the item you purchased. Please note that some carriers take approximately 48 hours to update tracking information after receiving the package.
  • Because we use the partner method to ship the products, we cannot guarantee an accurate delivery time. You may receive your order earlier than expected, or you may receive your order later than expected. Generally, we will deliver most of the products within 10 days.

Track Order:

For tracking numbers, it can take a few days to become active on the tracking website. If the information is not available, please try again later.

Plus, the estimated shipping time is valid whether the tracking website is updated or not.

Change Address:

Since we ship our products by means of partners, in order to avoid damage or loss of the products during multiple transfers, we generally do not support changing the address after the products are sent out.

If you still want to change the address, please contact us first.

Please note that if we agree to do so, we can only modify your address once for you, and you will be solely or partially responsible (depending on the circumstances) for additional shipping costs, damage to merchandise, etc.
